Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double check all order details (sizes, colors, names, and designs) before placing order. 

We are not responsible for error submitted by the customer. 

If you item(s) arrive damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist to the best of our ability.
