All items are custom and/or handmade. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. 

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct information (sizes, colors, names, designs, shipping address, ect.)

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. 

4. Payments

All Payments must be made in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. 

5. No returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales are final. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can review and resolve the issue not caused by shipping handling. 

6. Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary on the item and order volume. 

Shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once they are handed over to this shipping carrier.
