Shipping policy

All items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 Business days for your order to be processed and created before shipment. Custom orders may take 7-10 business days depending on design complexity. 

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes: 

-Hawai'i: 2-5 Business Days 

-United States: 4-10 Business Days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays. 

Orders are shipped through USPS with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Once package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Real Raw & Rare Hawai'i X Creations is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
